Karen was a saving grace throughout the process of trying to find an appropriate, safe, and happy placement for both of my parents in a very short time. Due to unexpected medical issues we had very little time to make unplanned for decisions and Karen is the only reason we were able to do so. My first contact with her was while my mother was in the hospital. Karen walked me through every step of the process and supported me emotionally before we were even able to begin to look for placement. Honestly her ability to listen and be supportive was better than any therapy.
Karen kept in touch on a regular basis offering guidance & advice, answering questions, making contacts, and being a shoulder to cry on.

Linda Halloran has been a lifeline for me throughout the past 3 years. I’ve had to move my mother out of her home and twice more after that.

Linda provided me with detailed information about possible places that might fit her needs. However, she went over and above by really listening to my concerns and trying to give me guidance (as well as an opportunity to vent).

Linda was excellent to work with. She was very professional and committed to helping find a facility for my sister. We had a long and complicated search and Linda never gave up hope to find the appropriate facility to meet the special needs of my sister. She was a godsend to me and my family in the search.
